MobyCart - A Mobile Shopping System: Source code available here
This is my most favorite, elegant, big and complex project I ever done. But it's not an end user product. This is my academic project work using J2ME and J2EE. I used AJAX a lot for an experience like in Gmail. That MSP Menu box on the top right is my favorite. It becomes translucent if mouse is not over it and if you scroll up and down, that box will jump to it's favorite position with smooth animation.
